AFRICAN JAZZ

This site provides a concise guide to African Jazz.

The launch of the site in 2006 was marked by the publication of a discography of the South African jazz musician Moses Taiwa Molelekwa. To mark the site's fifth birthday and the tenth anniversary of Molelekwa's death this discography was updated in February 20011. Click here to view the revised discography.

In December 2009 a feature about African Jazz 2000 to 2009 was added together with a Frequently Asked Questions section.

In December 2010 a feature about African Jazz  2010 was added

In December 2011 a section about  African jazz 2011 with reviews was added.

Over time the site will be developed to include a bibliography and a discography of African jazz releses on DVD and Blu-ray..
